2 Rose Cottage is a 200 year-old two-storey semi-detached house alongside the footpath from Treknow to the beach at Trebarwith Strand.
It stands on the edge of the village, surrounded by open pasture and with a beautiful view towards the sea.
It's been carefully restored, retaining the beamed ceilings, plain white walls and slate floors downstairs.
Accommodation consists of :
• sitting room + open fire
Sleeping four upstairs and a fifth downstairs on the sofabed, the cottage is simply styled with our careful choice of furnishings and decor.
It's used by us as a second home so there are many personal possessions, pictures and books, which give the cottage a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
We make improvements all the time, with things like a beautiful natural wood and granite kitchen, rotten windows replaced with purpose-built double-glazed timber frames and constant upgrades to equipment.
Our latest development is WiFi with the installation of a wireless router/modem, giving you free Broadband Internet access if you bring a portable computer with a wireless card. | ||||||||||||
